I declare the products I have ordered from Amsterdam CBD Center will not be used/are not intended for/sold/made available with the intention to commit an illegal act or will be made available when there is serious reason to suspect they are intended for committing an illegal act, such as described in the Dutch Opium Law 2015.

I declare the products I have purchased from Amsterdam CBD Center will not be used/are not intended/sold/made available to break any law in my country. I hereby declare to be fully responsible for my acts and exclude any responsibility of Amsterdam CBD Center if the products are used contrary to the laws of my country.

I understand that CBD products on our webshop are exclusively sold as food supplements. We are not allowed to make medical claims for CBD products. This is laid down in European legislation and these laws apply to both producers and retailers. In addition, we are not authorized to provide you with medical advice because we are not doctors. When in doubt about the use of CBD, we always recommend that you discuss this with your (family) doctor.
