Return Policy Amsterdam CBD Center

During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. These terms need to be accepted before you can make the purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp extracts. These products have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency. 

These statements have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with European Medicines Agency regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.

Please email  [email protected] if there are any issues with the product you received. If you want to return your unopened product and it is within 14 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.

Returns Process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 72 hrs of receipt of goods to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 14-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
  2. Ship your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can keep an eye out for it.
  3. Confirmation and refund - Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to transfer to your account.


How long does it takes before my return shipment is processed?

Your return shipment will be processed within two working days after receipt. It may therefore happen that you confirm tracking information (if applicable) that it has already been received by us, but that you have not yet heard from us. Do not panic, we will contact you as soon as we can by e-mail!


My product is no longer sealed. Can I still return it?

It is not possible to return a product that is unsealed, unless it is already defective on delivery.


Is return free of charge?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us. **Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**


Damage During Shipping

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.  Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within72hrs, including images for any product damaged during the shipping. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.  To request a refund, please contact our customer care at [email protected]  with “Refund” in the subject line.


My order is not complete. What should i do now?

If your order is not complete, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will contact you as soon as possible to come to a suitable solution.


I have received the wrong product. What now?

If you have received a wrong product from us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You then hear from us as quickly as possible to come to a suitable solution.
