Shipping Information

  • Delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days.
  • You will not receive a track and trace for standard mail.
  • We only deliver to private addresses - PoBoxes, Packstations, Relay Points and general public places will not be accepted as a valid delivery address.
  • It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not ring your phone number to check whether you are at home.
  • The final delivery will be managed by your country-specific local courier.

  • Deliveries need to be signed for. Your courier will deliver your parcel at your delivery address and will leave a note if you are absent. Note that in some specific cases, the courier may deliver the order in your letter box in order to speed up the delivery process.

We advice you to choose registered mail. In this case you will have proof that we have actually send the parcel to you. The registration number of the parcel is used to trace a parcel in case it gets lost, which happens rarely.

Delivery
We will send CBD products World wide! Please contact us by email in case of doubt, to check if we will send CBD to your country. Amsterdam CBD Center reserves the right to refuse shipments abroad without notification of reason. During the ordering process you can type in the delivery address. If you wish this can be another address then the invoice address. After payment is received, you will receive an email that your order will be shipped to you. In Europe it takes a few days by post to deliver.

Guaranteed delivery
We guarantee delivery only on orders within the EU, that have been send with registered mail. If a parcel gets lost, Amsterdam CBD Center will replace the parcel.
