Can I order from the country that I am resident in?
We will send CBD products to any country, although some countries are excluded. We do not send CBD products to the USA, Norway, Turkey and Bulgaria. Please contact us by email ([email protected]) in case of doubt, to check if we will send CBD products to your country. Amsterdam CBD Center reserves the right to refuse shipments abroad without notification of reason.
We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.

Why do you not allow orders from the US?
As far as we are aware it is still illegal under Federal Law to order CBD products in the USA, despite certain states having passed their own Medical Marijuana laws. We hope this law will change, and we continue to watch American legal changes with interest. As soon as there are any positive changes we will change our shipping policy. 

Are CBD products legal in my country?
In most countries within Europe it is legal to own, buy and sell CBD. Also, outside the EU, in most countries CBD is legal. However, each country has its own drug laws which are constantly changing, so we suggest you research your own national/local laws.

What type of currency and payment do you accept?
Online credit card payments are in Euros (€). Prices on our website are also displayed in different currency.  Please do not expect the amount to be exact, as different banks have different exchange rates and/or fees. Check the payment information page for more details.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

  • Regular shipping: within Europe can take from 5 to 10 working days, depending on final destination. This is from the moment your payment has come through. Outside Europe, it may take a bit longer, depending on the postal service in your country.
  • Express (registered) shipments: when sent by courier express, 2-3 working days; when sent registered through the mail, 5 to 10 working days, depending on final destination.

What is the safest way of paying?
Credit card, direct E-BANKING, iDeal and GiroPay are all safe methods to make payment and will ensure you receive your CBD products quickest. We use militarily standard 128 - bit Secure Socket Layer technology, as provided by Thawte, which means your payment is entirely safe. We can’t see your credit card details ourselves. Also to pay by bank transfer is a safe method, but takes a bit longer. 

Paying by cash is possible (send it with REGISTERED POST!!) but not the safest method to make a payment. Although we do accept cash, we don’t recommend this payment method since letters can get lost or stolen in the post. Please note, we will not send out any goods when we have not received the payment due to postal theft, so please don’t expect us to.

How will you send out my order?
Your order will be sent in a discrete envelope. Senders name is ACC B.V. If you prefer to have your order send differently, let us know.

How do I know if you have received and dispatched my order?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries about your order, please quote your order number when contacting us. If you chose registered shipping, we will send you another e-mail containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

If I want to buy large amounts, do I get a discount?
- On orders over € 500,- you will receive a 5% discount.
- On orders over € 1000,- you will receive a 10% discount.
- On orders over € 1500,- you will receive a 15% discount. 
- On orders over € 2000,- you will receive a 20% discount.

Are postage costs included in the price of products?
No, you will be charged for postage separately and according to what you are ordering and where you are having your order sent to. This will automatically be added in the checkout process. Please see our shipping info page for more information.
